The OGP Smartscope CNC 500's image measurement system can increase throughput and improve accuracy.

CNC 500 can provide:

● Speed: The servo drive platform and “bracket bridge” type structure, as well as the Y-axis center drive, the CNC500 can quickly reach any point in a large range of measurement space.
● Accuracy: The integrated marble platform and sturdy bridge structure provide very good stability and ensure high-precision measurement.
● Third size: Optimized auto-focus, edge detection calculation method, optional touch probe provides accurate and fast measurement.
● Software: The standard software includes 32-bit Measure--X measurement software, which has a multi-purpose size measurement function and a powerful and easy-to-use graphical interface. Optional software includes: input / output CADSmartCAD, MeasureFit contour analysis software, SmartReport custom report software.

Large, economical, fully automatic measuring system

OGP's SmartScope CNC 500 image measuring instrument brings invaluable value and high-precision measurement guarantee to your production inspection. In order to obtain measurement stability, the image measuring instrument is equipped with a set of excellent optical system on the bridge support structure, and multiple sensors can be configured in one system, such as contact probe, Feather Probe Needle, laser sensor and Rainbow Probe ™ rainbow laser scanner, expand measurement performance and increase measurement range.

The AccuCentricTM zoom lens is automatically calibrated after each change in magnification, ensuring good accuracy throughout the measurement process.

Positioning accuracy

The XYZ platform is controlled by a precision mechanical bearing driven by a DC servo motor, and the sturdy bridge-type structure ensures fast, smooth and efficient movement of the measurement platform. Even when the platform is moving fast, it can guarantee good positioning accuracy during measurement.

Versatile lighting system

The unique lighting technology of the OGP image measuring instrument has program control capability, which can display complex workpiece images, including prism-shaped or cylindrical workpieces. LED green light and TTL coaxial white light, and even the programmable SmartRing LED ring light, are standard for OGP SmartScope CNC 500.

Extendable measuring stroke

SmartScope CNC 500 can be configured with extended Y-axis and / or Z-axis travel to accommodate large workpieces or fixtures.

Easy-to-use measurement software

OGP Meausre-X measurement software uses a “point-and-click” tool to simplify complex measurement processes and provides a versatile set of versatile measurement software packages. SmartScope CNC 500 image measuring instrument can also use MeasureMind 3D multi-sensor measurement software to achieve true three-dimensional image measurement.
